Good little entertainment store and the only option for films and music in the Mall. Prices are generally higher than elsewhere, but they do run good offers occasionally
On Tuesday, of this week, I went into your store looking for a CD including the song "The Way You Look Tonight", but was unable to find one myself. I enquired at the desk and the young man who helped me was brilliant. He went out of his way to be helpful and could not have done more. He found a CD for me including the song, (Ministry of Sound - When Cool Was King), and I love it. I did not take the young man's name, so I hope he reads this. Thank you, I have never had such good service.

Like most of W H Smith's current outlets, this one is dark and dismal. The company's modern corporate image seems to be one of discouraging customers from visiting. The range is still reasonable, even if the quality has deteriorated over recent years. This corporate image seems to be reflected in the lack of interest shown by many members of staff. Although we did purchase items in store, it may be better to visit one of the many brighter, more modern stationery stores nearby.
Now this store is smaller it has a very limited choice of stationary. Does the job.... Just!

Been to Game several times. Always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Thanks for the good service. Usually buying and trading in tech rather than software & I can trust them to do a good deal.
Visited this Game store for my daughter's pre planned birthday party. It was a party for computer nerds as the 12 of them sat on different screens and played computer games together. The staff were numerous and very helpful. Always on hand to help any child who had got stuck or wanted to play a different game. They were also hot on making sure a child didn't play an age restricted game. Each child also got an opportunity to play a VR game with viewing headset. The adults got a go too. All in all excellent (although it's not cheap).
